These Terms are a binding agreement between you and Vladimir Lukashov ("we", "us") for use of the Snowball Debt Payoff Planner app ("the App"). By using the App you agree to these Terms. This also serves as the End User License Agreement required by the App Store.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Apple devices. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the App except as allowed by law.
Adding your debts and seeing your payoff date is free. The month-by-month schedule, extra payments and the comparison between methods require an auto-renewing subscription (monthly and yearly options, each starting with a free trial). Payment is charged to your Apple Account and handled by Apple. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Restores are available in the App. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
The App produces an estimate from the numbers you type. It is not a statement of account, and it is not financial, legal, tax or debt-counselling advice.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any schedule it produces. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, cost, or loss — including interest or fees incurred, missed payments, credit consequences, or decisions taken in reliance on the App's output. Your total remedy is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
This EULA is between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the App or support and is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
